From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Nora Twomey (born October 31, 1971, in Cork City, Ireland) is an Irish animator and filmmaker. She is a partner in Cartoon Saloon, an animation studio and production company, based in Kilkenny City, Ireland.
