John Andreas Andersen

John Andreas started out making short films on Super8, going on to win a national film-competition when 15 years old. That propelled him into following his passion for films and visual storytelling. Before attending film school, John Andreas worked his way up in the camera-department, including working as assistant camera for 2 times Oscar-winning Swedish cinematographer-legend; Sven Nykvist, ASC. With Sven's recommendation-letter he got into the MFA program at American Film Institute (AFI), graduating in 1998.
