From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Marc Anthony (born Marco Antonio Muñiz; September 16, 1968) is an American singer, songwriter, actor, record producer and television producer. Anthony is the top selling tropical salsa artist of all time. The two-time Grammy and five-time Latin Grammy-winner has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide. He is best known for his Latin salsa numbers and ballads.
