Born in the Philippines, John Carlo Rosillo moved to America as a child and immediately fell in love with film. Having trouble adjusting to his new life, he quickly found the medium a way for him to connect with the people, culture, and language around him. Inspired by the action of movies like Star Wars and drama films like the Graduate, Carlo set out to tell stories of his own.
