Neo Bryce is a Filmmaker from Panabo City, Mindanao. He started making films when he was still in high school. He was a fellow in the 2019 edition of the Ngilngig Film Camp and Filmmakers' Development Program. Through his work, he hopes to highlight and initiate conversations around mental health and the difficulty of navigating life. In 2019, a film he co-directed entitled "Ano'ng Nangyari Kay Andrew Magsilang?" won the Jury Prize Award in Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival 2019. The short film was made in 24-hours as part of that year's Guerrilla Filmathon. The film was also featured in the "PPP Short Films" section of Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino 2020.
