Crescentia was born in San Mateo, California, but soon moved to Washington State where she spent her childhood. Crescentia loved to dance and completed 5 years of tap/ballet/jazz classes at Dancing for Joy (Joy Ozier). Her interest in costumes was encouraged by her mother (Beverly Gorman), who made costumes for the recitals. When her parents divorced she moved with her mother and sisters to the Imperial Valley in California, then to Redlands, California through her middle school years. Crescentia graduated high school in Clintonville, WI, where she received an academic letter and numerous medals for her accomplishments on the school forensics (speech & drama) team. After graduation, Crescentia attended Mt. Mary College in Milwaukee, WI where she studied fashion design.
