Loni was born July 16, 1977 in the Philippines as Ahleli Colleen Wolf. She graduated from Green Valley High School in Henderson, Nevada in 1997. She was a good student and won academic awards. After high school, she joined the US Air Force. She served for three years working as a medical assistant. She was discharged, honorably and with full benefits, after it was found that she was having sex with other enlisted females.
