Overview
Found on forgotten cassette tapes and long-lost duplicate VHS recordings, ERi-TV The Sunken Sahara airs once, on a late December night in 1998. An objective relic of the Eritrea-Ethiopia war, some call it a propaganda piece, some call it protest art, some say something deeper. Allegedly "brainwashed" witnesses described what they saw as "magic". The original writers and those associated with the broadcast are unknown and their words are misremembered and misheard.
