As she struggles to escape its presence, fragments of the natural world and the consequences of time, are seen in intimate detail: mold, shells, the flame of a candle. She neglects deteriorating but it catches up to her. EFÊMERA PARADOXAL is a meditation on memory, mortality, and the beauty of impermanence.
