Overview
At the end of the summer of 2011, by order of the administration of St. Petersburg and the city of Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo), Yuri Mamin made a short documentary film "Tsarskoye Selo Vernissage", dedicated to the problem of people with disabilities.
