PinkPantheress, the British singer and songwriter whose real name is Victoria Walker, is set to make her feature film acting debut in an untitled project from Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, the directing duo who won the Academy Award for Best Picture with Everything Everywhere All at Once. According to Deadline, Walker joins a cast that already includes Matt Damon, Sandra Oh, Charles Melton, Sean Kaufman, Silvia Dionicio, Jackson Kelly, Kerrice Brooks, Thalia Dudek, and Michael Gandolfini. The Universal Pictures release is set for theaters on November 19, 2027.

Plot details remain under wraps. The film is produced by the Daniels and Jonathan Wang through Playgrounds, their production company, under an overall deal with Universal.

At 25, Walker built her career almost entirely outside traditional industry channels. She rose to prominence in 2021 after sharing music on TikTok and SoundCloud, where her blend of R&B, alternative pop, and UK garage drew immediate international attention. She became the first woman and youngest-ever recipient of the BRIT Award for Producer of the Year, and received two Grammy nominations this year. The step into acting represents a significant genre crossover.

The Daniels' 2022 film Everything Everywhere All at Once won seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh. Their untitled Universal follow-up, arriving more than five years later, is already one of the more anticipated entries on the studio's 2027 slate, with an ensemble that spans from Hollywood veterans to cultural figures making first-time moves into film.
